I just finished another successful half-marathon and felt great about it. I'm even looking forward to my next one in September.
So, I get a lot of people asking me for advice on running, and while I am hardly the expert, I can share with you my list of things to NEVER consume just after finishing a race:

• Other Runners' Sweat
• Chocolate Covered Ants
• A Pint of Whisky
